Ms. Anderson joined The Bandish Group with seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience in several diverse fields. She is a recent graduate from Strayer University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Human Resources. Due to her passion and dedication to helping others, she returned to Strayer University in 2022 and is pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resources.
In 2015, Ms. Anderson began her Human Resources career in the medical field as a Staffing Coordinator under HR and Corporate Compliance. In 2019, she transitioned into the Medical Marijuana industry as a Human Resources Assistant, where she honed her skills in full-cycle recruitment. In 2021, Ms. Anderson transitioned to working as a Recruiter for one of the nation’s largest bakeries. She was responsible for prescreening candidates for various sales roles within the company and for 70 requisitions at any time.
Ms. Anderson recently joined The Bandish Group in 2022 as a Life Sciences Executive Recruiter. Her primary focus is finding the best fit, not just any fit for her clients and candidates. Ms. Anderson’s passion lies in building long-lasting relationships with her clients and candidates where both will excel and grow.
Ms. Anderson enjoys spending time with her husband and two children traveling the world and creating new experiences. She enjoys learning all she can about the world and meeting new people.
