In 1985, Carl graduated from Kent State University in Psychology with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. He returned and graduated in 2006 as an ICU Nurse from the Cleveland Clinic and cross-trained in gamma knife, dermatology, cardiology, and case management.

Carl’s career began in 1986 as an Industrial Sales Representative until he transitioned his career in 1995 to become a well-respected professional recruiter within the life sciences industry. His goal had always been to identify and place the right candidate in ‘their’ right position.

After 6 years as a recruiter, he returned to nursing school and in 2006 graduated from Cleveland Clinic Nursing School.

It is Carl’s passion to assist and help others and thus he has returned to bring his clinical expertise back into recruiting for the life science industries.

Carl is passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals. He prides himself on identifying and placing the right candidate in ‘their’ right position and in building long-lasting and trusted relationships.

He has a proven and solid history with patient and customer relations at all levels and in matching talent with opportunities.

Carl is a seasoned Tai Chi Master with over 55,000 hours of training and discipline. He studied in China and brought his love and passion for the art to opening three (3) schools and has trained over 5,000 students.
