Mr. Efron is honored to bring his talents and passion to the Bandish Group. Danny attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a Communication major. He is a healthcare professional. As a Client Relationship Manager at Briye Healthcare, he established and maintained long-term, profitable relationships with clients by cultivating open and positive dialogue and delivering high-quality service.

As a Sales Specialist with Ameriglide, he educated customers on medical device and equipment products.

Danny believes that a personal approach focused on relationship building along with a sincere investment into others wants, needs, desires, and ultimate happiness, is what sets him apart from other recruiters. His goal is to place individuals in roles that will not only better their own lives and success but impact others.

Danny is a published author who has appeared on television and radio shows and made numerous public speaking presentations focusing on the value of preventive medicine and disease prevention. For the last two years, he has had the honor of serving as the Legislative Ambassador for Arizona’s 5th Congressional District (Mesa) representing the American Cancer Society. In this role, he had the privilege of twice addressing the US Congress (Fall 2020 and Fall 2021) to help pass legislation that increases funding for cancer prevention programs in the CDC and NIH.

Danny is an avid sports fan, a lover of the arts, and a fitness enthusiast. He loves traveling and has been to 49 of the 50 US states and nearly 20 countries. His greatest accomplishment is being the proud father of one incredible son who inspires him daily. Danny recently penned a children’s book for his son that he hopes to be available in bookstores and online platforms soon.
