Those employees who are always the loudest in meetings, talk over you and your co-workers, or take more credit for projects than they deserve are the kind of anti-collaborative people that she tries to avoid when hiring new employees.

Anti-collaborative people can make for an irritating colleague. They could be great at their job but often contribute to low morale, stunted productivity, and broken workplace relationships.
